Volume 13 Issue 2

Greeting in His Name,

Wait for the Lord’s help.  Be strong and brave, and wait for the Lord’s help. Psalm 27:14 ERV

Sometimes we recognize life can be Rough – ROUGH – rough. Despite times of prayer, words of encouragement and receiving tidbits of God’s loving voice. He strangely prepares us, to look to complete victory and overcoming the enemy.  But I’ve learned that before any exaltation comes, before any shift or promotion a time of draught and oppression comes.  When that happens, you must know that something extravagant is on the way.  However, we have to “W.A.I.T.” So with that being said, today's blog is entitled W.A.I.T. Hope you find some inspiration, conviction, and queries.

shalom and love,

heidi

Watch As I Take.. you through

He gives strength to the weary, and to him who has no might He increases power. Isaiah 40:29 AMP

Waiting on God can be an arduous task. While you are already amid a difficult time, facing God's grand timetable can put more weight on the ordeal. But I am grateful for the word; he gives strength to the weary, exhausted, fatigued, and TIRED souls. When God gave me the acronym for wait, Watch As I Take… you through. I could see God picking me up and taking me through. There are times when the wound is so deep, and the pain is so unbearable that God steps in and TAKES you through [Read Footprints in the Sand]. All along, his words increase your power, and at some point, you gain the wherewithal to walk again.  People, family, friends, and believers may not endure the journey with you, BUT GOD will not leave you behind. Watch him!

Watch As I Turn.. it around.

Even youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, but those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] Will gain new strength and renew their power. Isaiah 40:30 – 31a AMP

Where you are is not where you will stay if you let God be God in your life. At any moment, God can turn things around. So, don't rely on your strength – YOUTH – or should I say strongly religious person, if God withholds his strength, you will grow weary, tired, and stumble. This verse helps us to understand that our dependency must stay in the right place – ON GOD! In the right place, we can expect, look, and hope to receive new strength and renewed power. A daily dose of new strength and renewed power can put the adversary in his place. At the same time, I don't ever give people false hope. Remember, life can be challenging, and God gives place to rant and rage, but at some point, you must trust that he is doing greater in you, and the only way you can do it is through his strength and power. I tell you! Watch him!

Watch As I Take… you up.

They will lift up their wings [and rise up close to God] like eagles [rising toward the sun]; They will run and not become weary, they will walk and not grow tired. Isaiah 40:31b AMP

Are you ready to fly? To soar into the bosom of God? God says, "Come on up! The air is clear up here." This verse makes me think of what I call the Life Pace. Whether young and running or old and walking, we need God's wisdom. Wisdom that shows us how to pace our journey and end our race well. Spiritual growth and maturity are a byproduct of waiting on him. This year may have started very well for you, but know that if and when trials or difficult times come in life, God can lift you – in fact, he will take you through, turn it around, and take you up. Watch Him!

And serve the devil a personal notice, Watch As I Trust - HIM!

It is good that one waits quietly for the salvation of the Lord. Lamentations 3:26AMP

LIFE QUOTE

Happiness is pleasure without regret.

-Leo Tolstoy

Let Us Laugh!

A kindergarten teacher was walking around observing her classroom of children while they were drawing pictures. As she got to one girl who was working diligently, she asked what the drawing was.

The girl replied, "I'm drawing God."

The teacher paused and said, "But no one knows what God looks like."

Without looking up from her drawing, the girl replied, "They will in a minute."

Hope to see you Next Month....
